During the Christmas season our extended hours are: Mon 30th November - Wed 23rd December 9am - 7pm. Thurs 24th December 9am - 12pm. From 5th December until Christmas, we are open at weekends between 11am and 4pm. Christmas Deliveryelivery The last date to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December. We will do our utmost after that time but are unable to make any promises. We are able to offer a named day delivery service ( subject to a surcharge of £ 2 per parcel) for parcels delivered up to and including Friday 18th December which are ordered by 12pm on Thursday 17th December. Standard Delivery orders received between 2nd December and 18th December inclusive will be delivered in time for Christmas. We are unable to deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays. Out of area deliveries There is no surcharge for delivery to most of the Scottish Highlands but next or named day service is unavailable in these areas. Delivery to the Isle of Wight ( postcode PO30 and upwards) and Isles of Scilly ( postcode TR21- 25) will incur a surcharge of £ 5 per parcel. Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man and Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge of £ 10 per parcel - as a guide these include the following postcodes BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27- 28, KW1- 17, PA41- 88, PH42- 44 and ZE. Delivery to the Channel Islands ( postcodes JE and GY) will incur a surcharge of £ 15. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom please phone our sales office on 01747 851515. Contents All contents are listed and photographic props such as plates, glasses and other utensils are not included unless otherwise stated. Substitutions All hampers, baskets and gift boxes are fully itemised and fairly described in the brochure and we will make every effort to supply the items printed in the detailed listings. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value. VAT and Duty All prices include VAT at variable rates and duty charged at the rates prevailing at publication. We reserve the right to amend prices according to change in duty. Not every item in a hamper is liable for VAT and therefore hampers may not incur a standard VAT rate of 15.00%. Discounts Discounts may be available by negotiation on large orders.
